Warm up:

Freeze Tag

Skill work: 

Catching Practice: Have athletes partner up facing eachother about 2 feet apart.  Starting with a bean bag have them practice tossing it back and forth.  Each time they are both successful at catching they can each take a step backwards.  If one of them misses they stay at that distance and continue to try until they are successful.  If you feel they are ready to toss something lighter, have them try a dodgeball.
