Warm up:

“Whistle” drill:

Side-to-side hops & Push ups

Lunge walks & Sit ups

Skill work:

Straight arm throw

WOD:

With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible of

Partner A: 1 Squat thrust

Partner B: Once he/she is standing again, throw your partner the ball

Switch roles and repeat until each partner has done 5 squat thrusts.

Then complete 5 Stink bug push ups each.

Game!
