Tunnel Tag: Start with one person as “It”. If you get tagged, stand with feet in sumo stance and one hand in the air. Classmates can free you by crawling through the tunnel of your legs.
See-Saw Press: Athletes sit on the floor with legs outstretched and hold light dumbbells in the press position. Start by pressing one arm to the top of the press and keeping the other at the shoulder. Imagine a pulley connects the hands so that as one hand goes up, the other lowers down. (You can demo this using a jumprope over a pull up bar). Encourage strong midline and active shoulder on top.
