Forward roll -> Bear crawl 10m -> Run back

Cartwheel -> Side Shuffle 10m -> Run back

Skill work:

Supermarket Scramble

WOD:

With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible of

Partner A: 1 Med ball clean and pass

Partner B: 1 Burpee

Switch.  After 5 Rotations, put the ball down and run 1x “around the field”

Game!
