Warm up:

Over,Under, Around, & Thru:  Using a Hoola Hoop or rope circle, athletes work in teams of 3.  Two athletes hold the hoop while the third goes over, under, around, and through the hoop.  Switch places and repeat AMRAP style.

Skill work:

Physical Skill: Seated Good Mornings: One at a time per instructor with PVC.

Life Skill: Working as a team.

WOD:

With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible of

5 Synchro Deadlifts
5 Synchro Burpees
5 Synchro Squats
Run 100m together
