    Did some benching today and yesterday. Slingshot 1RM- 95#; AMAP 80%-12, 75#; AMAP 60%- 25. 55#; lots of bandy tris and bandy rows and hammer curls. Today: a-hole pause bench 3×75#, worked on staying tight at bottom; DB bench max reps 2min x3 (15#)- 37,38,42
