    GCB + 3 chain each 3RM- 135#; 80% x AMAP with chains- 7 x 110#; 80% x AMAP no chains- 18 x 110#;
    1 min max box jumps x 5, rest as needed (2 min between sets)- 24, 25, 25, 27, 28; abs and hypers
