Workout of the Day

Group Warm Up
Jog 400 m
10 Super Slow Squats
10 Static Kipping Swings
10 Plank Ups
10 Box Jumps
10 Medball Cleans
Clean Complex:
Complete the following movements in sequence.  You Choose the load, however once you start, you must complete the whole sequence.  Complete it 5 times with escalating load each time.
Power Clean x 1
Hang Squat Clean x 2
Front Squat x 3
Score by load.
