Warm Up:

Crossfit Warm Up

Skill:

7 Barbell Front Squats, 7 Kipping Swings to “L”

7 Barbell Press from squat stance, 5 Knees to Elbows

7 Barbell Thrusters, 3 Toes to Bar

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 15 Minutes of:

10 Thrusters

15 Toes to Bar

Each time you complete a round, the weight on the bar must go up.

Men’s Weights: 75, 95, 115, 135, 155, 175

Women’s Weights: 55, 75, 85, 95, 105, 115

Cool Down:

Double LAX ball T-spine Smash 3 min

BB Trap Smash, 90 sec each
