Johnny N. and his crew help return the CrossFit Agoge Dodgeball Championship Trophy to it’s rightful home!!! Nice job this weekend and thanks to everyone from CF Junction and CareFlight who made time in their day to throw balls at each other.

Workout of the Day

Team Workout:
In Teams of 4
You will have 5 Minutes to establish a 1 Rep Max Snatch.
Each Team may have two barbells and two people may be working at a time.
Upon completion of 5 Minutes, each team will have 1 minute to achieve a max number of pull ups. All four team members may work at the same time.
