Workout of the Day:

GENERAL WARM-UP:  
2 Rounds
10 Lateral Lunges
5 Inchworm with Push-up
10 Light KB Swings to nose level
2) Band Front Rack Stretch, 90 seconds per side
3) “Odd Squat” Series ) *2 reps at each position
4) 10 Empty Bar Front Squats
WOD Part 1:
Front Squat Build to 5 Rep Max in 15 Minutes
WOD:
5 Rounds
50 Foot Double KB Front Rack Lunge (53/35 lbs per hand)
50 Double Unders
Cool Down:
Jog, row or bike for 5 minutes.
