Glute Smash and Floss (2 Min Each, Pg 300)

WOD:

Every 3 Minutes for 5 Rounds perform:

200 M run

Then As Many Rounds as Possible of:

7 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/ 55)

7 Box Jumps
