    AMRAP in 10 min of- 2 rope climbs, max reps Push Press- 63 reps @55#, 6 rope climbs
    Sunday WOD:
    2×5 squat clean- 90#x2 (and no one had early arm pull as a correction for me! 🙂 )
    Monday WOD:
    run 2.25 miles
