Barbell Calf Roll Out
Every Minute on the Minute perform:
5 Pull Ups
5 Push Press (75/ 55)
5 Double Unders
At the 15 Minute mark you will start to add one additional rep to each movement with each additional minute. Your workout is completed when you fail to get all of the required reps inside the required minute.
