Things got a little crazy at last week’s Beer League!

As many rounds as Possible in 20 Minutes of:

5 Hang Squat Cleans (135/95)

10 GHD Sit ups

Run 400 Meters

Extras:

50 perfect overhead squats

Use an unloaded barbell and work for perfection.  Go slower than you want to!
