Workout of the Day

Wall Straddle
First Rib Mob

In Teams of Two:
15-12-9 Reps For time of:
Deadlift (225/ 155)
Push Press (155/ 105)
Partner one will perform 15 deadlifts, then handstand walk 20’ to their push press bar, where they will perform 15 Push Press. When done with the push press, they will rack the bar and turn and sprint back to team mate two, who will perform the same cycle. This will be repeated with the fewer reps until team mate two has finished the 9 push press and sprinted back.
