Sef pulled some big numbers last week, even after a good break from CrossFit. What did he do on his break to maintain his strength you might ask? Was is cardio kickboxing? Maybe Zumba? No, Sef toiled away in a field as a farmer and then for kicks got his family some tasty meat products which he had to drag to his truck and then pick it up and put it in. We train for life, and life should reflect our diligence in the gym.
