WORKOUT OF THE DAY

WARM UP:

7 min AMRAP of 7 reps each:

Sit Ups, Push Ups, Kipping Swings

Pause Squats, Jumping Jacks

 

SKILL:

Double Unders:

Upper/lower body positions

 

 

WOD:

As Many Reps as Possible in 12 Minutes of:

Pull Ups

Double Unders

Ascending by 3s

Carry a Sandbag 5 yards between each round

 

COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:

Foam roll calves, 90 sec each
