WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Warm Up:

Ski/Row 2 min

10 Reps Each- Sit Ups, Hand Release Push Ups, Squats, Kipping Swings, Dumbbell Strict Press, Low Box Jumps

 

Skill:

Double KB Hang Snatch

 

WOD:

3 Rounds for time of:

7 Strict Hand Stand Push Ups

14 Double Kettle Bell Hang Snatch

21 Box Jumps

 

Skill:

Strict Dips Tempo Work

5 Sets of Max reps in 15 sec, rest 30 sec

Use a toe nail spot for mod.
