Push Ups

Lunge Steps

Kipping Swings

 

Skill:

Pistol Progression-

Close stance squat

Toe nail spot

Figure 4 squat

Pistols

 

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 20 Minutes of:

5 Hand Stand Push Ups

10 Pistols

15 Pull Ups

 

Skill:

Hamstring Smash and Floss, 60 sec each
