All of us are here for different reasons. For those of you that have seen the pictures, you know that before I started Crossfitting that I was pretty overweight, weighing in at 215 pounds. I knew that having a son running around that my level of fitness wasn’t going to cut it. Here you get to see why I CrossFit! Chasing Quinn around DIA at 11:30 P.M.
