Banded Good Mornings

Hanging Knee Raises

Med Ball Cleans

Barbell Push Press

 

Skill:

3 each, clean grip, barbell:

Down and Finish, Elbows High and Outside, Muscle Clean, Hang Power Clean

 

2 each: Press, Push Press, Push Jerk

Warm up to WOD weight

 

WOD:

5 Rounds for time of:

12 Deadlifts

9 Hang Power Cleans

6 Push Jerks

 

Skill:

Barbell Trap Smash, 60 sec each

Low Back Smash, 2 min
