WORKOUT OF THE DAY

WARM UP:

Alternating Tabata of:

Push Ups and DB Thrusters (4 min)

Running Warm Up

SKILL:

4 reps of ¾ Wall Up (5 sec hold – drive head through)

1 Kick Up (4 each of Shoulder openers – drive head through)

WOD:

Every Minute on the Minutes

5-10 Hand Stand Push Ups

1 Shuttle Run 100’

Choose a number for the Handstand Push Ups and try to go up each round

COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:

Double Under Ladder 5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40
