As Many Reps as Possible in 1 Minute Rounds x 3

Box Jumps (20’ for everyone)

Wall Ball

Row for Cal

Push Press (75/ 55)

COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:

1st Rib Mobility, 90 sec

Banded Hip Extension, 90 sec
