10 Banded GMs

8 Dumbbell Shrugs

8 Glute Ham Raises

10 PVC Push Jerks

SKILL:

Push Jerk Progression (Barbell)

Warm Up to Workout Weight

155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps

155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps

155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps
