SKILL:

Overhead Tissue Smash, 60 sec each

Dumbbell Snatch Review

WOD:

3 Rounds for time of:

Ski 20 Calories

20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch

20 Ring Dips

COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:

3 sets- 10 rocks, 10 scissor toe touches, roll to 10 sec arch hold. Beginner- unweighted, Advanced- hold 2-5# in each hand
