Backwards pass: Using a dodgeball, athletes start by swinging the ball between the knees (like a kettlebell). Next, stand up as straight and as quickly as possible and throw the ball backwards over the head. Try standing up even faster to make the ball travel further.
Switch sides: Divide the group in half and line them up facing each other on opposite sides of the room. Select a way to cross the space and call “switch!” to signal them to switch sides. Repeat with as many different movements as you can think of.
In teams of 3-4, complete as many rounds as possible of
1 Backwards pass each: Travel down the space and back as needed to complete all the passes
5 Lateral hops over a jump rope
