Double underhand throw for height: Swing the dodgeball like a kettlebell three times and then throw as heigh in the air as possible.
Skip to my Lou: While the song is playing, skip around the room. When the song stops, FREEZE, and perform 3 reps of whatever movement the trainer calls out.
AMRAP in a given amount of time of
- Stand over a dodgeball in a squat stance.
- Squat, and with a strong back reach for the ball and stand up.
- Double underhand throw the ball as high as you can.
- Catch or retrieve the ball -> run and tag the wall -> then return to the line.
