“Perfect” Squat Relay: Divide the group up into 2-3 teams and place two cones approximately 10m apart for each team. One at a time, athletes run from one cone to the other and perform the very best squat (Air squat or Front squat) they are capable of. Trainer gives clearance for the athlete to return to his or her team. If needed cues are provided to correct the movement until appropriate technique is demonstrated.
With a partner, complete 3 rounds (each) of the following, switching places as each task is completed
CrossFit Baseball: AMRAP (as a team) in a given amount of time of:
Single: 3 Box jumps
Double: 3 Push ups
Triple: 3 Squats
Home run: 6 Mountain climbers
