Warm up: 

Hungry Hungry Hippos: Place a myriad of items in the middle of the area (dodgeballs etc).  Have athletes compete to get as many items back to their “home base” by picking up one item at a time.  Reset and go again.

Skill work:


Target Practice:  Place Targets on the wall, or have a bin at a distance from athletes.  Have them practice trying to throw the ball into the bin or at target on the wall.

Barrel Roll 5m (Log Roll if needed)

3 Box Jumps

3 Push Ups
