Knees in – Knees out

Warm up:

Skip to my Lou: While the music is playing, skip in a circle around the cones.  When the music stops, Freeze and then do 3 Squats.

WOD:

AMRAP in a given amount of time of

3 Giant steps (lunges)

3 Squats

3 Donkey kicks

Game!
