Run 400m –> 2x each of Tabata: Sit Ups, Push Ups, Jumping Squats, Mountain Climbers

 

Skill:

Kettle Bell Swings

 

Workout:

AMRAP in 7 mins of:

5 Handstand Kick Ups

10 KB Swings

15 Burpees

 

Skill:

Partner A- Top of the Dip Hold

Partner B- Lunge Steps

*Score by total number of lunges completed between partners
