As a reminder, the categories are:
Entries must be limited to 10g of sugar per serving, with the exception of the Dessert category which allows you up to 15g of sugar (that does not mean you have to use them all 🙂
We strongly encourage you to get involved. We are more than happy to help you adapt a favorite recipe to meet the guidelines. There has been a lot of enthusiasm amongst our CrossFit Kids to enter the competition, which is fantastic. We can’t wait to see (and taste) what you bring in!
