Alternating Tabata of:
Hang Power Clean (95/ 65)
Knees to Elbows
Row for Calories
Double Kettle Bell Swings

For today’s Tabata workout, perform 2 cycles of a Tabata at each exercise before moving on to the next. Go through the entire list twice for a total of 8 minutes. Score by total number of combined reps.
