Workout of the Day:
In Teams of four, you will have 7 minutes to find a 2 Rep Max Overhead Squat. You may only have one bar and weight must stay on the bar (no one can reduce the weight, so choose your batting order wisely. All barbells may start in the rack)
At the end of 7 minutes, immediately perform 100 Hang Power Snatches for time (95/ 65). Only one person working at a time. If you have a mixed team, you may have two bars, men’s and women’s.
