Workout of the Day
With a continuously running clock, perform 5 Squat Cleans @ 75% of your one rep max. If you fail to achieve all five reps before the minute is up, use the following minute to do as many toes to bar as possible (no rest between, go straight to the bar). If you make all 7 minutes, use your 8th minute for your toes to bar.
