    AMRAP in 10 min of: 5 Ring Dips, 10 DB snatches, 15 Box jumps, ridiculously short run (<100m)

    8+5 rounds. fun combo! 25 min run in the snow with the dogs prior to the WOD, mobility afterwards, then 3x ME DUs – 29, 4 (=[), 48. gotta keep working on getting to 100! eek, new years is coming up!!
