WORKOUT OF THE DAY

WARM UP:

Partner Med Ball Warm Up,  Down and Back Length of Gym:

Back to Back (med Ball in between), Front Rack (MB held by elbows), Chest Pass

Partner CrossFit Warm Up, “You go, I go” (partner gets thru on exercise before switching) 8 reps each movement

SKILL:

Power Snatch Progression

WOD:

Partner AMRAP in 10:

Partner 1: Run 400 m

Partner 2: As Many Rounds as Possible of:

10 Power Snatch (95/ 65)

10 GHD Sit Ups
