Kelly’s WOD: “Tabata Housecleaning”
20 seconds on/10 seconds off of the following activities until the whole house is clean. Hope the rest of you enjoyed your day off!
3. Short break to read “Moo, Baa, La, La, La” six times and refil sippy cup
5. Clean Kitchen
6. Short break to change diaper, fix snack
7. Cook more
8. Clean kitchen again
Repeat steps 4-8 as many times as necessary
But once that was finished there was plenty of time to have fun.
