Complete the following as a team….
800 m med ball run, (if you drop the ball while passing it off do 10 air squats)
100 Squats
200 m skip
100 Push ups
100 m farmer carry
100 Sit Ups
50 meter sled drag
100 Push Press (45/35)
30 m prowler push
1 cargo net climb (everyone)
