Jumping Squats

PVC Hang Power Snatch

SKILL:

Warm Up DB Snatch, Muscle Ups & HSPU

WOD:

In Teams for time:

Row 150 Cal (switch every 15 Cal)

50 Muscle Ups (bar or ring as capable)

80 Dumbbell Snatch Right Arm

Ski 150 Cal

100 Handstand Push Ups

80 Dumbbell Snatch Left Arm
