Skill:

Handstand Walk Progression 

(Compression drill, shoulder taps, wall ups or wall traverse, partner spot- all of these are good, use according to athlete’s ability)

 

WOD:

Run 800 M

50 Push Ups

50’ Handstand Walk

50 Goblet Squats

50 Kettle Bell Front Rack Lunge Steps

50 Burpees
