WORKOUT OF THE DAY

WARM UP:

Run 400m

2 x thru, 8 reps each: Sit Ups, Push Ups, Hip Extensions, Squats, Pull Ups, Dips, PVC Pass Throughs

SKILL:

Overhead Squat Progression

WOD:

50 Sit Ups

40 Kettle Bell Swings

30 Cal Ski

20 Overhead Squats (135/ 95)

10 Deadlifts (255/ 185)
