Workout in the Park!

We will meet at 9AM near the playground at Baldridge Park

In teams of 3 or 4 complete the following movements coupled with a medicine ball pass between team members.

4 Mountain climbers
3 Squats
2 Push ups
1 Burpee

As soon as the ball has been passed from one team member to another, the passer will complete the designated number of reps of a given exercisebefore the ball can be passed back the them. For example, in round two, the person who just passed the ball must complete 3 squats and return to standing before they can receive the ball again. The ball must travel around the circle 5 times before changing movements.
