Summer Schedule for CrossFit Kids & Teens

Beginning June 1, our CrossFit Kids program will have the following scheduled class times for the summer:

Pre-K:  Tues & Thurs @ 10:45am

Kids: Mon- Thurs @ 10:00am

Pre-Teens: Mon – Thurs @ 11:00am

Teens: Mon & Wed @ 6:00pm, Tues & Thurs @ 1:00pm

Teen Weightlifting: Tues & Thurs @ 2:00pm
