SKILL:

5 Arch to Hollow in Handstand or 3 Wall Ups

Snatch Progression (Barbell)

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 5 Minutes of

6 Handstand push Ups

4 Bar Facing Burpees

2 Snatch (155/ 105)

 ACCESSORIES:

6 min EMOM of 3 Squat Cleans

(3 @40%, 2 @50%, 1 @60% of 1RM)
