Workout of the Day:

WOD:
As Many Rounds as Possible in 7 Minutes, while ascending by 2 reps each round of:
Toes to Bar
Wall Ball
45’ Sled push between each round.
Tempo Work:
10 Box Jumps (work on getting off the ground) every minute for 5 minutes.
