Congrats to Leah!  Not only did she get her pull ups this month, but she also recently passed the CrossFit L1 test.  Nice job lady!

10 Kettle Bell Swings

10 Hip Circle Side Steps

10 Box Jumps

10 Plank Ups

2k, 1500, 1k, 500 Meters

Take equal rest to the amount of time it took to complete each distance
