    Weightlifting- bench. 3 sets AMAP DB bench- 25# x13,15,12. 2 sets at 50% AMAP- 15#x26, 28
    2 set Max barbell press- 13,14 @35#; 2 sets 100 bandy pull aparts followed by AMAP strict banded pull ups- 16 both times
