Front Squat Progression with PVC

3 Front Squats (95/65)

5 Kipping Swings

3 Front Squats (115/75)

2 Kip Swings + 1 Pullup + 2 Kip Swings

3 Front Squats (135/95)

1 Kip Swing + 2 Pullups + 1 Kip Swing

WOD:

5 Rounds for time of:

20 Pull Ups

5 Front Squats (155/ 105)

COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:

Easy Row for 5 minutes

LAX Ball Glute Smash & Floss (60 sec each)
